  • Assistance with third-party assets not included with the item

Examples of Supported Requests:

  • Questions about how to use item features or settings
  • Fixing issues like misalignment in sliders or forms
  • Reporting bugs or errors in code

Not Covered:

  • Requests for new features or custom modifications
  • Installation on the server or basic WordPress guidance
