Exclusions:
- Customization beyond the original features and functionality
- Installation, hosting, or server-related support
- Assistance with third-party assets not included with the item
Examples of Supported Requests:
- Questions about how to use item features or settings
- Fixing issues like misalignment in sliders or forms
- Reporting bugs or errors in code
Not Covered:
- Requests for new features or custom modifications
- Installation on the server or basic WordPress guidance
